You will need to fill out an application. After we receive your application, we send it off for processing, this may take up to 48 hours. If approved, you will be called to set up a leasing
appointment to view the property.

Rent Semo’s leases are 12 months long.

Yes, we have Hud available properties.

The deposit is equal to one months rent.

Utilities can vary by property.

We accept checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks in our office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. An after-hours mail slot is located along side the front door for your ease. As an alternative payment option, we also accept credit/ debt cards via the Rent Semo’s portal, please note that convenience fees may apply for online payments.

Pets are NOT permitted in our rental properties.
