Program Details:

1. Eligibility: This promotion is limited to one membership per lease agreement. The membership is for use by a single individual only.
2. Membership Duration: The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of sign-up with Planet Fitness.
3. Reimbursement: Reimbursement for the membership fee will be provided by Rent Semo LLC as one of the following options:
   • A discount applied to rent.
   • A check payable directly to Planet Fitness.
   • A direct payment to the lease account.
4. Local Membership Only: The membership is valid exclusively for the local Planet Fitness location specified at the time of sign-up. Access to other Planet Fitness locations is not included unless otherwise stated during the sign-up process.
5. Liability Waiver: Rent Semo LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur while using the Planet Fitness membership. The use of the gym facilities is at the sole risk of the membership holder.
